General stuff

Criminals
  • Rob more money during night time 22:00 - 04:00 in-game time
  • Money bags are dropped instead of disappearing upon player death / leaving the server
  • The higher the rob skill, the lower chance you get caught on the police radio (let's say 50%)
  • Tweak the wanted system
    - Robbing small business like a tattoo, barber, bar or pizza shops etc = increase wanted level by 2
    - Drug dealing - increase wanted level by 2
    - Raping or robbing a player - increase wanted level by 3
    - Robbing a casino or a betting shop - increase wanted level by 4
    - Robbing a bank - increase wanted level by 5
    - Murder - increase wanted level by 6

Law Enforcement
  • The higher police rank = the more weapons you spawn with (still can obtain other weapons from the checkpoint outside)
  • /taze should be removed and the tazer should be the silenced pistol (aim and shoot)
  • Increase the amount of paychecks to all Law Enforcements depending on the police rank and even get double pay on Sunday in-game time
  • S.W.A.T & Army vehicles should have more HP than any regular vehicles however, certain commands like fixing tyres etc should be removed.

Classes - Legal money
  • Mechanic
    - Able to tune other players vehicles
    - Able to scrap cars for a fixed amount of money depending on the car rarity / how badly is it damaged
    - Able to tow vehicles from impound or car dealers for free
  • Bistro
    - Make this class useful and expand the bistro to the pizza boy missions - Add checkpoints at player houses around Los Santos and deliver pizzas
  • Medic
    - Just like Bistro, Medic is pretty much useless these days with everyone having drugs or injections. Keep it as it is however, add checkpoints at player houses around Los Santos and drive patients (NPCs) to the nearest Hospital
  • Taxi Driver & Pagati
    - Nothing much to be added AFAIK

Skills
  • Rapist - Nothing to be added
  • Drug Dealer - Keep it as it is but add the ability to deliver drugs to drug houses aswell just like Pagati with the exception to get wanted level (let's say 50%) when delivering the drugs
  • Weapon Dealer - Nothing to be added
  • Hitman - Remove the 50 score requirement (that way we can introduce hitman to new players aswell) and should spawn with pistols, combat shotgun and m4
  • Private Medic - Should be removed completely IMO as it is useless. If not, keep it as it is
  • Bounty Hunter - Nothing to be added
  • Con Artist - Nothing to be added
  • Kidnapper - Nothing to be added
  • Private Lawyer - Nothing to be added but remove the ability for cops to release prisoners
  • Salesman - Keep it as it is but add the ability to sell items to various 24/7 spots around San Andreas. Add vans like the Benson to use while delivering items.

  1. v10 update was said to make the server more welcoming to the new players, but it did the exact opposite, because no new player would want to play on a server where;
    1. You lose half your cash upon dying.
    2. It will take you an eternity to rob enough money to buy weapons from ammunation.
    3. You rob so less from the shops (even in Los Santos w/ con artist, after the update).
    Keep new players aside, even old players wouldn't want to play under such circumstances. The cops here are literal gods with nothing to lose, the easiest gameplay you could get. Why would anyone even play as a criminal? You have everything to lose.
  2. Around 2 months ago (just after v10 was released), I suggested many things that (to be honest), needed urgent implementation. Everyone approved of those suggestions, none of them ever implemented. I know people are busy, but when I see things like "screen fader" being implemented, and many good suggestions not being implemented, it pains me to see that.
    Why would anyone, old player or new, be enjoying a game where a chainsaw is a better weapon than any other? It's a well known fact that chainsaw here is extremely overpowered, there has been no fix regarding this despite this existing for well over 3-4 months now (right after the new damage tweak). The annoying constant enter/exit of interior amidst of a fight.
    Driveby damage values still not nerfed, the most preferred way of winning a combat is to driveby, then shock and use chainsaw OR to just hide inside an interior with a chainsaw and rape whoever comes inside the interior within 1 second (literally), it's painfully bland and bores anyone. Spawn protection after entering/exiting interior suggested, everyone liked, never implemented. I would at least like to know if there is an internal discussion going on regarding these suggestions or is there any problem with them, because if not then I do not see any reason to not implement them with the highest priority. These mechanics are game breaking, they make the user experience very disappointing to the point that there is no motivation left in anyone to play.
  3. Lack of legal jobs - weapon dealer, item dealer, these kind of jobs are dependent on the playerbase. They are almost dead, I didn't even mention drug dealer because that is probably the most useless job now. What if you are a weapon dealer and no one asks for weapons? You would have no fun and just quit. We need to have some side missions, which are repeatable after a certain cooldown.
  4. Detailed discussion about the new economy. All vehicles were removed, no problem, all cash was removed, okay (for me atleast), you lose ALL of your money upon death, a big problem, later, you lose half of your money upon death, STILL A PROBLEM. I understand you want to add value to money, but that doesn't mean you are going to make it so valuable that people lose all motivation to rob at all and play as a cop 24/7. Even if people didn't lose half of their money, due to the money reset, people still would have robbed as a criminal. As shady said, you need to make it to at most 25%.

Finally, not regarding the update, but regarding the carsurf and 2shot drama. I don't see any improvement before and after 2 shot and carsurfing was allowed. It's still the same, server is borderline dead, we are lucky to even have 10 players. There are 4 players in the server as I type this. Not sure where are all the players who thought bringing 2 shot and carsurf back will attract everyone. It was never the main problem, maybe a small problem but never the main one. I'll update this in case I find any new points.

We have taken on board the changes about the economy and are looking at reviewing other items such as:
- Weapon dealer prices
- Ammunation prices
- Weapon packages being improved and making a return
- Donation shop prices (TBC)

Following the feedback from the community I have rolled out a couple of changes to the beta server last night that are being tested:
- Reduced health insurance for ALL thresholds by 50%
- Reduced money loss on death to 25% of your cash in pocket
- Reduced the score requirement to enter the Black Market to 750 (Was 1500)

We are going to review the damage for all of the weapons next too as per your previous suggestions it just takes a long time to get these things moved on due to availability of devs I don't need to explain that though! :D

With regards to your comment about the fader on joining, we also plan on getting rid of that.

Im not saying to remove the screen fader, what I meant was that implementation of a screen fader should be the lowest priority, yet it was implemented despite having other major flaws. I know weapon damage needs huge amount of testing, but I'm not saying to do all that now, just, temporarily fix chainsaw by nerfing only chainsaw's damage value, or make it so that chainsaw will undergo a reload animation after being used for 2-3 seconds (still need to Nerf the damage), because currently it's way too overpowered

Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, pay for ads so peoples around the world will see it when they open any video in any social platform, the server is so inactive even after you bring back 2-shot, car surfing..

Idk I am up for any fun updates, I play a game when I feel it adds something meaningful to me.. in 2016, lsrcr felt a really enjoyable server to play and achieve a lot of things both ig and rl (like practicing my English). I don't feel I want to achieve anything in lsrcr now lol..

My observations:
- Intro should be shorten
- Add LSA weapons checkpoint
- Weapons in Ammunation are too expensive
- Remove fuel consumption or extend it

Can’t talk for criminals but enable Bounty Hunters to take free weapons.
