Hey guys.
I just want to ask a question related to the official groups.

1- If i want to add a new vehicles to an official group, may i pay DPs or must rl cash?
2- If i want to add items' house and drugs' house in Akatsuki (Official group), can i pay DPs or must rl cash?

I asked that question in General Discussion because lot of people are confused about the correct answer and they are telling me to ask ASA+ and to be honest, i barely see an ASA+ in-game. Also some of the administrators are aware of the answer.

So please if you'll reply here. be sure 100 percent of your answer!
