I actually read this entire thing, and I must say, I appreciate the way you worded it. That said, I'd like to put in my take on it.

First, you mentioned that many people, Americans especially, see you as terrorist. Sadly, I have to say you are right on this. While I am Pagan, I have a close friend at work who is Muslim. His father was from Pakistan, and his mother was American soldier. They met in the first gulf war, and moved here to have him. I have sadly seen so much unjust hate focused on him, and he's one of the nicest men I have ever met. I watched this man hold a dying woman's hand and helped her pray to the christian god, because she needed a fellow human in her final moments. When I became his boss, I will admit I did not know how he would handle the news. He was still new back then, and we didn't know him well. When I asked what his opinion on it was, his basic thought was that while he does not agree with me being lesbian, it's not his place to judge me either. As far as his boss being a woman, he told me what I had in my pants did not dictate my ability to lead. I worked hard for my position, and he respected me for being understanding and not judging him. His family and Muslim friends all share that same basic belief. The main issue is that Americans are fucking idiots. They see "Muslim pilot" and judge all Muslims. Most do not understand the difference between a Muslim, and an extremist who fakes being a Muslim to justify their fucked up ideas.

because for now, even after 1400 Years since the Quran was created, the Quran is still proving the miracles inside him, +80% of the Quran, was proved by the scientists 100% correct
and the rest is still getting proved as well
And i would like to say those scientists are Muslims scientists and non Muslims scientists

This goes for most religions. In my religion, we had a practice called "sharing life" that brought back the dead! Now, you're probably thinking, "You're full of shit that's not possible go fuck yourself." and you're half right. But, look at how we did it...
1: share your heart by pressing on their heart every time yours beats
2: Share your breath, by exhaling into their mouth each time you breath.
3: Pray that they return to life.
Sound familiar? It should, because it's basically the origins of CPR. The same thing doctors now do hundreds of times a day to bring back people in cardiac arrest is what we did thousands of years ago. The difference is modern medicine understands it. When we did it, it was seen as black magic, necromancy. Today, it's something everyone should know.

Now, let's look a tiny piece of Quran science...

Q86:1 - "By the heavens and the knocking star".

Q86:2 - "What do you know of the knocking star?" (God is rhetorically asking Prophet Muhammed).

Q86:3 - "It is the piercing star

So, a star that knocks, is piercingly bright, and they know of it. So, what could science say about this? A so called "knocking star"?

Well, does this fit the bill?

This, is the Vela Pulsar. As of right now, it's not visible to us without a telescope. However, during the time the Quran was visible, Vela would have been visible in the night sky. Not only that, the bright flashing would actually be very visible to anyone looking up, a distinct blinking in the sky unlike any other star. It's easy to see how you would have to write "knocking star" because no one at the time knew about pulsars.

I think most people forget that. Most religious text are OLD. Like, really FUCKING old. People didn't know half of what we do now. I think if you read any of them, and actually try to compare it to what we know now, most of it CAN be explained with logical explanations. Even my own religion, which is mostly 'magic' is now just science. Fireproof fabric? Asbestos. A powder that cures your headache? Willow bark, the main ingredient in fucking Asprin. Shared life? CPR. So does that mean God, or Allah, can be explained? Well, that's touchy. Personally, I am not opposed to the idea that Allah, God, or whatever might not truly be a 'holy deity' but more likely an alien being from space who found a bunch of primitive idiots. I mean how do you explain the modern airplane to something like a dog? First, you'd have to figure out their language. Then, knowing they have never seen even a fraction of what you have, you have to make metaphors and similes to do your best to get them to understand, while knowing full well it'll take them thousands of years to grasp even a bit of it. Now do not take that as me trashing Muslims, it's nothing but a theory on a personal level.

Quran didnt say we created you from a gay and woman or a man and lesbian

I don't know much about Gays, but if all the world be gays the Humanity will become extinct.
Because I sure that i did never see a lesbian have a son (her own son not one from the orphans shelter)

And there are a lot of people serious with their religion thats why you would find that most of gays haters are Arabs, because here in Quran, Angel,Torah and El Zabur every person believes in one of these books, for him being a gay is forbidden/Hram
So i think your Muslim workmate is one of those people
But although, i didn't read any Quranic verse saying to dodge gays, people thinks because it's Hram to be gay then its Hram to speak with them as well, because we believe if you do something bad now, later in the judgement Day, Allah will punish you for it.

And prayed his god to show them his punishment as they said, then Allah accepted and sent one of his angels and flipped their village upside down

Of course i believe, in these ages the miracles were there to prove something.
There are more than 2K messenger were sent from Allah over all the world, but every messenger was sent to special people (his tripe), but Mohamed was sent to the whole world as he is the last Messenger from Allah, with enough signs and a book with a very big miracles for now.
As well Allah gave the human something that is not in the animals, the brain to know what is wrong and what is right.
I really believe you, because Jesus had the ability to back the deads as well by Allah's permission, then tell him to wake up and he wake up.
Jesus could tell the people what they ate yesterday, and how much money do they keep in their homes.
Every Messenger come from Allah comes with miracle, to prove to the people that he have a message from Allah.

I want to say something
"Tariq" in Arabic means knocking something heavily
Like knocking the door of your house heavily because you need to go the bathroom as fast as possible, the Quran called it with this name, for a reason
And this reason people in the past couldn't know it, but know we know it
As we learn from the science books in the school, we learn that our ears have a limits to hear we cannot hear the sound of the ant's legs while it is walking but we can see it, we cannot hear the main voice of the whale while we can see it
As well we cant hear something in the space
So, today in the age id the technology we coulda record a sounds for the space, and many researchs about The knocking star, which Quran mentioned 1400 years ago with that name.
That this star's sound is like knocking a door.
