Greetings everyone! We have a few changes in the group that we would like to announce on this topic.
Rules Update: We have noticed that some of the rules haven't been updated for a long time and so much have changed now for Blackouts, so we added 3 more rules which are:
1. You need to able to speak understandable English to join us. 2. Respect all group members and avoid heavy insulting in chat. 3. Changing your skin from a Criminal in Blackouts skin to a Law Enforcement twice in a row is not allowed.
Testing Update: We have decided to make an interview for the applicant where he/she will be interviewed by the Leaders or The Management Team before the Rules Test which is required to get to know the applicant and to be able to get tested in the rules part. The applicant will be asked really simple questions and it won't be related to the rules. It will take place at the Blackouts Office inside the base.
Members Update: We have decided to kick all the blackouts members except the active ones in the Member List Members who were kicked are welcomed to re apply right away, following the new procedures.

Yeah, I understand but that rule was for the interview part cause in the interview the applicant will be asked very easy questions and straight to the point about the group in general and it has to be answered in Understandable English, it doesn't have to be perfect though, as for the rules part some questions can be hard to understand and confusing so I understand why sometimes it was answered in Arabic, unlike the interview questions which the applicant can answer it based on his understanding of things.
