Reason: lying in vote and invalid too.

Anything else: he said in the vote that i'm unknown attitude and he don't know me and he gave me negative and i didn't even meet with him in-game olso he needs to discover more english and read the rules.

An official warning has been issued to Blod_Moon since he knows enough about the blackouts rules and he's been a member for months now he should have known better and I hope he doesn't repeat this in the future, Thanks for reporting.
