The maximum time period to get tested is 7 days, get tested in 7 days since you post your application or it will be auto-denied. If any tester approaches you for test you can't say "I want to get tested by any other tester".
You should always be ready to give test when you apply for Spetsnaz unless you have a valid reason.

I will ignore our problems and my vote will be based on your stats and reason, 321 Police score is a joke Plus you wrote a lame reason what do you mean "joining this team will help me to be a member of the S.A army" You can join it without being member, Increase your stats and write a good reason to avoid my Negative next time.
