Describe the bug: SWAT Shock Bomb affects the hitmen as well if the SWAT player has a hit contract.
Frequency: (Always)
Severity: (Minor)
Steps to reproduce: Place a hit contract on a SWAT member, go next to him and ask him to use the SWAT bomb. You will notice that the bomb will affect you although you aren't wanted.
