Godmode when on drugs/injections

Where does the bug appear: (server/forum)
When did the bug appear: when you /takedrugs and get damaged (need to have high ping)
Describe the bug: when someone damages you successfully, your health goes down for a split second then all of a sudden you regain extra health instead of losing it.
Frequency: (rare/always) [only people who have high ping would get "godmode" when on drugs, people having ping like sub 150 won't experience this. Has happened to me sometimes]
Severity: major
Steps to reproduce: I am linking some videos below that will explain what I am saying;

look from 0:11 to 0:14, ackman shoots visual, he loses HP, and then suddenly gains back even more health. 0:16 to 0:18, this time he loses like 30 HP and takes no damage, he even gets more health than he had before.

from 0:13 to 0:15, mateej damages him for a split second and he instantly gains back all his health and even worse, additional health making him almost have a godmode.
Even worse, from 0:23 to 0:25, look closely at the health bar, mateej almost got him to 10 HP, but he got no damage instead he got some HP as a gift.

from 0:23 to 0:26, I damaged him and he instantly gained his health back.

I think this video is self explanatory (he was not sniper bugged because I killed him with sniper later.)

watch this from 0:09, apap shot him, his health dropped down for a split second, and he magically got extra health, and in the rest of the video apap kept on hitting him but he took no damage.

I could keep posting more videos.. it's clear how to reproduce it, duel someone having 300 ping and tell them to use drugs, take their armor and then try to duel them with sawnoffs whilst they are on drugs. It will be hell for you because they barely take any damage when on drugs. I don't know if this is fixable, but if it is not, entirely remove drugs because they heavily impact the damage system.
It is the same case if they are a cop and use injections too, so everything I said, applies for injects too.

Hello cafe UC account maybe you can grow the balls to post this with your main account instead of using the advantage of being a in a cafe? I said to try it out on a 300 pinger because it occurs more frequently when the ping is high, it happened only once with SneaX and his ping was 230. Now you can go back to your main account and start asslicking me.
Also a guy who can't afford a PC shouldn't tell me that we are struggling with COVID, this is bug reports section, not the bar, message me on discord if you want to continue spreading bullshit, but don't post here unless you have something smart to say.

I've had this same issue multiple times. It's not only the PH cafe that has this issue. I've seen it on Tunisian players, Indian players, and one from Palestine. I've got nothing against Sneax/Loudness, nor do I have anything against the PH cafe as a whole. It's pretty distasteful you went for his country instead of accepting there is a bug and it needs fixed. Multiple players have been looking into this bug, myself included. We've been trying to figure out how best to make a report on this issue. I've even been affected by this bug during a Jefferson Riot event, and had a staff force me to relog because of it.

Any rude comments you want to make to me, knowing full well I like like some of the players who've had this bug, and knowing I'm not Indian? Please, I would love to see you come at me, because you know it wouldn't end well.

We probably can not do anything about this at the current state of SA-MP. It's an old game (not being maintained normally anymore) so expect it to behave like this.

You might be better off making a suggestion for drugs/injections. For example, change it into health packs which have a long cooldown. Or just change the rate of healing while on drugs/injections & add a cooldown.
