I'd like to clarify that /dweap may not be bugged, it may have been how I did it. I got it working proper, just in a convoluted way.
/list I think is just super long when you get more than 5 hits and it doesn't always show. Maybe a minimenu would be a better solution instead of a chat message. Could give it some features like select a user with a hit and add a location ping or a special icon?

vehicle also burns fuel when you don't move at all. only /engine stops it
IRL vehicles do that too, but the bug is it drains while your alt-tabbed, which stops damage, movement, and so on. It should stop fuel consumption because players sometimes have to tab out quickly and might forget

Fixed this - I never added a visible cooldown to the command but it now shows like this:

Hiresh fixed this yesterday and is live on the server, please let us know if this reoccurs!
I'm also looking at the trucking bug you reported - thanks for keeping that one private. I'll post again once that's fixed

Are you sure this is the case? I've asked some players to /loc me and it worked
