Describe the bug: If you try to remove a users rank to zero while having the player id 0, it removes your own rank
Frequency: not sure
Severity: Major
Steps to reproduce: Have rank high enough to change someone elses ranks, be id 0, and try to set their rank, it'll remove your own rank.

I'm not sure. Likely works with SWAT and Army, not sure on groups.
