Describe the bug: you cannot sell weapons as passenger
on foot command range is also very small, should be increased

The way it currently works, it checks if you are in the same vehicle as the driver and allows you to sell to them.

From the video, you were selling to someone stood on the roof - I've increased the distance from 10 to 12, hopefully someone can test this on the beta server at some point soon & let me know if it's fixed.
