If you wish to join Pagati you should solely rely on your roleplaying abilities or solely on your CNR abilities. Once you apply, you may ask to be tested by a capo+, but only ask ONCE per capo+. Do NOT spam them. If one is busy, you can ask another, but don't be a pain about it. You may also be asked by a capo+ who is online to come test. Also do make sure you read the Pagati because you will be tested regarding the Family rules too. You are not allowed to attend the HQ uninvited. Doing so may terminate your recruitment process and may even get you blacklisted from the faction.
