Pagati new testing system / Blacklist

Starting February 1st, 2024, Pagati will be changing the way we test our applicants. Now, anyone applying must wait until they are given the "testing left" template before asking to be tested. Furthermore, the test now consists of the following:

Stage One: Application: Applicants will continue to fill out the current application until the new one is finished. Word choice and English skills will be judged, and compared to the applicants normal speaking mannerisms to determine if they match.
Stage Two: English: Applicant will be interviewed and asked multiple questions to judge their English skills. This will be judged against a system of how they speak normally in chat to determine if they are having someone else answer for them.
Stage Three: Rules: Applicants will be asked to answer ten randomly selected questions. Answers will be judged as correct or incorrect by the caporegime or above doing the test. Applicants who fail to give a proper answer more than two times will fail. Taking longer than 30 seconds on a question is an automatic incorrect. Going AFK at any time is an automatic failure on the test as a whole.
Stage Four: Claim a hit: All applicants will be asked to successfully claim a hit before the timer runs out. Applicant will be judged on speed, success, and number of times they are killed by the hit.

New reapply timers

Fail on English: 30 days
Fail on rules: 30 days
Fail on claiming a hit: 15 days
Asking your application be closed: 90 days
Simple denial (lack of positive votes): 14 days
Asking for rights/spamming: 15 days first offence, 90 second, blacklisted third
Asking to be tested before applying/being given the testing left template: 30 days

New rules for applying!

One: Players must have gone 90+ days without a report being filed against them that leads to admins issuing a punishment
Two: Players must be in good standing with the faction. Players in bad standing will be added to a list and told of their standing.
Three: Players caught cheating will be blacklisted forever, and reported to staff and other factions if we feel you may have cheated on their tests as well.
Four: Blacklisted players will now be public at the bottom of this list.

The Robbery List

As you know, we do not allow our members to rob the bodies of people who fight us honorably. That said, some people have decided to become enemies of us, and therefore, that rule does not apply to the following users. Pagati members may rob them even if they fight you honorably or surrender.

Blacklisted Players

We have decided to be nice and remove all currently blacklisted players. Look for this list to be updated should players think we are playing with these changes.

@monster@ - Begging for rights, intentionally bitching Pagati staff as a cop, and then report hunting anyone who killed/arrested Pagati members if he was nearby (was caught lying/faking proof to do so)

Rollen - Constantly insulting Pagati staff, begging for rights, and report hunting

Vexxy - Copy/pasted a Renegades event team app with a Pagati event team app, lied about it, and when fire spammed me in game and on discord with insults.

Crusheer- (30 days) dishonorable gameplay and constant whining when he gets robbed for said dishonorable gameplay. Unblacklist date: 5/20/2024
