Can't renew my bitchin' Flatbed

Where does the bug appear: UCP
When did the bug appear: not sure
Describe the bug: Clicking the + button to add time to vehicles on UCP leads to a blank page
Frequency: always
Severity: blocker
Steps to reproduce: IF you own a house vehicle, go to UCP, click the + to add time, be taken to a blank page. I have the points needed, but it doesnt add time or do anything
