*They watch him run towards the entrance of the PD, knowing that it's now or never.*Luca Yamaguchi passes a bag of exploves to Carter D. Saito.
*Carter D. Saito makes a run for it towards the Premier, reaching it.*Carter D. Saito crouches infront of the Premier as he puts the bag he carries on the ground.Carter D. Saito says: Come on... dawg
You'd see him withdraw a C4 explosive from the bag, raising it to the car's level. ((Carter D. Saito))
*Carter D. Saito carefully sets up the bomb so it would explode when he clicks the trigger.*Carter D. Saito quickly drags the bag with him, as he moves to the back of the car.
You'd see him withdraw the second C4 and placing it under the plate number as the previous one. ((Carter D. Saito))
*Carter D. Saito stands up, wipes the sweat of his forehead, picks up the bag and runs as fast as he can back.*Carter D. Saito trips as he runs back to the car.

Saito reaches his right hand towards his left pocket as he withdraw a joint and lighter and quickly lights the joint and smiles*Ian Rodriguez would die when he pulled the trigger of the vehicle, so the plan of action succeeded as planned.
