The past days we have been working on a new update called Luxury Apartments. It's something that was requested by many players and we liked the idea, so here it is. Please read everything below to get more information!
I. How much does a Luxury Apartment cost?
Answer: A Luxury Apartment costs 10 Donation Points and players can rent it for 1 year (365 days).
II. How do I rent one?
Answer: In order to buy a Luxury Apartment you have to visit the shop ( https://ls-rcr.com/shop/ ). Then go to ''Luxury Apartments'', which is here: https://ls-rcr.com/shop/?p=apartments .You will see a list of all apartments and their owners. If it says 'rentable' it means players can rent them. Click on it and a message will pop up.

Please pay attention to the message shown when attempting to rent an apartment. You are fully responsible for the purchase. Make sure you agree with the terms before proceeding!

III. Where are the Luxury Apartments located?
Answer: Luxury Apartments are located in Downtown Los Santos and Rodeo.

IV. How do they work? What features do they provide?
Answer: Luxury Houses provide some extra features for the owners than regular houses. Those are:
▪ Ability to turn the radio on and choose the desired station. It plays within the whole apartment. ▪ Ability to decorate your apartment as you wish! There is a list of all available objects (chairs, sofas etc) which you can place and save. Use /luxmenu to do that. ▪ Ability to store drugs in your apartment (unlimited) ▪ Ability to store money in your apartment (unlimited) - helps with avoiding life insurance ▪ Ability to have a security code so only the people with it can access your apartment ▪ Super-cars outside (bullet, infernus, nrg, sanchez etc) - restricted to Luxury Apartment owners only ▪ Ability to spawn at your apartment (/luxspawn) ▪ You can view all luxury apartment commands by typing /luxcmds
NOTE: As of now, money/drug saved will stay in the apartment once the rent is over if not withdrawn. That is, if you have $1 million and 100 grams of drugs in the apartment, but then you don't renew rent on that month, the money and drugs will stay in the apartment and will be available and withdraw-able by the next owner, and hence will remain lost.
If you encounter any bugs related to this update please do report them to an administrator immediately.
We hope you acknowledge that this is a rather large thing to implement. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that this is still very much a work in progress. Price might be adjusted anytime and some certain features might be added/changed.
