I've made a list explaining what each staff* rank is for and who you should contact if you have a problem. Below an explaining Text.
(*Supporters are not considered Staff)
Community Supporters
Community Supporters are responsible for answering questions regarding. Every server related question that does not require any admin action should be asked using /Ask. Supporters have no executive powers over players. They cannot deal with rulebreakers or any other server related issue.
Trial / Community Moderators
The moderator’s job is to deal with “minor” rule-breaks such as Deathmatchers, /rp-abusers, Insults etc. They have limited executive power. Moderators should also be consulted if Community Supporters are unsure about a certain question/issue.
Game Administrators
The Game Administrator is your universal contact person if you have a server related issue. Before you contact a higher admin-rank you must always consult a game administrator first.
(Except Staff reports and Donations). In case they cannot deal with your problem, they will redirect you to a Senior Admin.
Administrators have full executive powers on the server and are able to deal with all sorts of reports and rulebreakers.
Senior / Assistant Senior Admins
Assistant Senior Admins have a couple of extra respons / -abilities but their job is mostly to assist the Seniors, as the name already suggests.
As for the Seniors, they are basically the servers management. Not every Senior does the same Job. A list below.
Drastic : Head of Staff | Donations
CXdur: Server Development | Staff issues
Onzie: Staff Issues | Forum Issues | Houses
Absynth: Mapping | Group issues
Kissane: Website Development
Tamer: Server Development Only
Usage of /ADM
This is more like a reminder. /adm is to request admin assistance ONLY. There shall be no discussion of personal / not admin related issues. Do not send any pointless messages (admins names only etc). Our chat is usually already spammed with admin related messages, we do not need any more spam. Please just state your problem and wait for a response. Admins will give out warnings to anyone who abuses this command in the future.
Here are some examples (not limited to that):
> Can you please allow pm / pmon
> Can i talk to you? (Say what you want!)
> [Any Random admin name]
> Can you give me a car/packet/godknowswhat
Regarding server related questions: Please try to always use /Ask, of course, if you do not get a proper response, you can always use /adm to ask again.
Events
Also a reminder. We are Server Staff, not Event makers. We don't always have to make events. Please just accept it if the admins deny to make an event. Thanks.
