Rent a Bike Bug

When did the bug appear: Few minutes ago (12-28-2020)
Describe the bug: When i logged in few mins back when i was pressing the enter key or f key to enter a vehicle i keep getting rent a bike dialogbox front of me and i get teleported to glen park i tried logging in but it keeps repeating, i tired to download bandicam and tried it for the first time not good at it but i can show the video as to what was going on .
