Where does the bug appear: Server. When did the bug appear: After the V10 release I guess. Describe the bug: ATM's checkpoint won't appear for some reason. Frequency: Rare Severity: Major Steps to reproduce: Really not sure.
Edit: issue resolved upon restarting the game, however, I'm not sure why it happened in the first place.
Hi SkBoY I've asked the beta tester team to try and reproduce this as we are still unsure what causes it. If anyone can reproduce it and show us a video or list the steps, we can debug the code and work out what's wrong!

I've pushed a fix for this. FYI the server will restart in a couple of hours after this message. If you still seem to experience this bug after the restart, please leave a reply.
