When did the bug appear:It appears when someone is kidnaper
Describe the bug:He or you drive near that person in other vehicle(you are in one vehicle and that person is in other,their,vehicle,so NOT in SAME vehicle but you are both in your own vehicle XD) and than you or that person drives near you and types /kidnap [id] and you are kidnaped even tho you are not in same vehicle and boom,player is kidnaped.

When did the bug appear:When you are arrested or getting out of shops(Donut shop most offten)
Describe the bug:Sometimes when swat drags you or when you are arrested,you fall from sky and you die and you are out of jail but sometimes you are in jail again and you cant escape.Same thing with donut shop,you fall from sky.
