I would like to thank you for submitting an application to Hooligans. Before we ACCEPT or DENY you, you must pass our test that consists of knowledge of the group rules. Hooligans rules state that you will be asked 10 questions, and you need at least 9 out of 10 correct answers to pass from the tester.
