Since I couldn't reach a senior admin on TeamSpeak, I'll just post this here.



Is this cleo mod allowed?
It places a textdraw on my screen when I aim at someone, giving me their hp/armor/weapon equipped and how far their away from me (their name also, derp) and if I hit them, it'll make a *ping* sound and will make another textdraw show up, saying how much damage I dealt or have been dealt.

I've asked CX and he said it gave me a bit of advantage but that it was okay since everyone can have this information without this CLEO mod but wasn't sure.

So, yeah.

Is it allowed or not?

I think its should be alright cause it does not really gives you a bigger advantage over players it just shows you the health and armor rating.

i believe its allowed.

what can you do if you know how far is someone from you and how much damage you have dealt to him? lol, i believe one huge nothing, but wipe your ass with it (or wait, omg, are you going to hack NASA's spacecrafts with those returned numbers? omg)

now seriously, from my point of view, there is nothing wrong with it.




(if this mod gets denied, then we all need to remove all our mods - cars, weapons..everything..i can name you good, valid, quality, reasons actually dont test me )

I'm no admin but I dont see any real 'advantage' and why you wouldn't be allowed it.

I'd like a senior admin to answer before I start giving the mod away.
I wouldn't want you guys to be banned because of me.

I believe the senior you are speaking of is me. I'm sorry for not responding right then, I was playing Unturned and if I tab out of the game, all players get kicked and well.. it causes a lot of inconvenience. Anyways, as for the mod, I don't see as to how this mod gives you an advantage over the others and I think it's safe to assume that this is allowed. I have one question though, you said it shows the name of the person, does it also show their ID?
