13. You are not allowed to jack vehicles from your group members. If they're using them and you are willing to drive it, Ask them - if they deny, then let them drive.
The rule is pretty clear and you can't carjack your team members even if they do the same and in that case you can simply report them too.

Take this as a verbal warning and hope you do not repeat such a thing again, 7anoty.
