Additional stuff: As you can see in the the ss, He's helping the applicant to cheat/pass the test also he's not a normal player/member he's tester, he's the one who should safe the important informations and tester's stuff, Also if we gonna give him a chance of doubt he was watching them and didn't even try to stop it, So he don't deserve or at least fit this position.
