Your name: netwoRk Their name(s): Crimson Offense(s): Engaging my character with army vehicle without issuing surrender command Evidence:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0iI3IvZWpE8 Additional information: So basically, I was being a criminal in city of Los Santos as usual, driving around away from online LEO players and what not when for the first of this game session I encountered this army member idling in East Los Santos where I approached and killed them. After short period of time of driving around they engaged my character without issuing a surrender command.
This would not have been a violation had I engaged them first when they were in army vehicle for example, where they wouldn't be obligated to issue surrender command, however, my evidence clearly displays their violation of army rules because after their respawn, they approached and simply decided to have a fire at me for some reason. Like I mentioned already, we haven't had prior encounters in that session where they would have had opportunity to surrender my character.
I slightly sped up the video on some irrelevant parts to make it easier to review. Thank you very much.
It's very clear that Crimson has broken the Hydra rules by firing at you without using the /su command. While we appreciate Crimson admitting his mistake and being honest, but unfortunately it is still a rule break. Therefore, Crimson will receive an official warning for violating the Army Hydra rules.
Crimson, please make sure to double check whether you have /su'ed the suspect or not before firing next time.
