If people are bullying you shrug it off and ignore them. Try to get involved in sports at school, like try out for Basketball or Soccer. Also there might be a reason as to why they pick on you, unless they are pricks. But get involved in activities, and don't be over-assertive. Everyone gets picked on at some point in their life, just live through it. Tough times in life shape the people we become.

what he said,also bullys only pick on people with a victim attitude,so there are a couple of solutions,try starting some contact sport fuck videogames,there must be a pack leader at your school(you didnt say how old are you,that makes alot of difference)try to get near him,maybe you have things in common,try to make him your friend or to get you noticed once the bullys will see you know him they will let you alone
Now the not so hollywood part,get money,ask some older friend(you dont wanna go yourself and come back naked and beaten up) to go pay some dudes to fuck their shit up,again its important to say how old are you and how old are them
