Vehicle mods problem

Followed every step and still the ingame vehicle doesn't change,it just stays the same

can u please make a video and post that video on this post make a video from the starting of installation of the mod and the gameplay with the mod? can u?

I don't have anything that can take a video installed at the moment

Also when I install them,there is a folder in the directory named wwwgamemoddingcom and when I double click,I can find the uninstall for the vehicle. Is that folder suppose to be in there or?

xD dude un-install the mod and install that mod again and please specify the directory of ur gta sa correctly
for eg if ur samp is in local disk E so do like mine is in local dis E
do like
E:/(the folder of ur gta sa just click on the folder and press ok button)
and make sure to make the installer to automatic and on the topright corner of the .exe file there must be written that "Replaces : Sultan" make sure that there is written sultan there. Do this work asap and post the results here.

Still nothing, tried uninstalling - re-installing the mod but still when I'm going in-game,the sultan stays as the default

It's not the same,I had this mod before I un installed -reinstalled samp and it had different front,back and rims
