Suggestion: Instead of kicking someone just by not responding to an inactivity check we have a consequence of a demotion.
Explanation: We should give chances to people who were not able to respond to this "inactivity" check2x system, I mean, why kick? I think it would be a lot more better to just demote someone if he / she wasnt able to respond so if we swat wants to retain these members... I mean, let us consider their side too, maybe they wasnt able to respond just because of some crucial, and important reasons, I mean they have their own reasons and we are here to listen and understand not rudely kick their souls out of the team just because of not responding this what so called Inactivity check.
A good example is Daniel Afg's case, or [Lsrcr]CopKilla, he was active but unfortunately he just wasnt able to respond , because he was in netherlands, and maybe there wasnt internet available or pc, i mean we should consider things before acting, he contributed alot to the team.
Reason: If you want to retain the Team's compactability

No, In-active members must be kicked. We don't need to just write NAMES in SWAT list. -1 warning wont make anything they wont care about it. Having 30 Swat member Good and active better than having 50-60 Half of them is in-ative.

Actually, I think Private who doesn't reply on inactivity check gets kicked. It's all because if some player joins swat and then he is inactive... What's the point of having a member who just joined us and then he's inactive?

There is enough time to respond on inactivity check. Please note that all inactivity checks take place at the same time (date). All SWAT members are equal, doesn't matter who you are, Daniel Afg or [Lsrcr]CopKilla. Based on your suggestion inactivity checks time-to-answer has been changed from 3 days to 4 days. Wish you good luck to not get kicked.
