Reason: "If at first you don't succeed, Try, try, try again.". That quote is the reason I'm applying again, because I can get in, I just need to try. Army is the coolest faction, with the Hydras and stuff, you know. But not just that, the Army members are skilled, and I believe I am to. A bunch of my friends are in, and it'd be cool to team with them. I'll never give up, because I'm not the type to give up. If I get denied, I'll just be a cop improving my skills to be better. Army members improve themselves as well, I've seen some members getting better, and better. Which only means, I gotta get better as well, so I am equal with them. So yeah, glad to be applying again.

-He answered all questions correctly

Driving [3.8/5]
-His task was to follow me with sultan. His distance was fine, and didn't make much damage to his car.

Flying [4/5]
-Dodo and maverick routes.

Speed of commands [4,5/5]
-His task was to /taze, /cuff, /search, /uncuff me. Best try 5 seconds.

Shooting [4.3/5]
-His task was to pop my tires with m4 and duel me using sawnoff-s

OVERALL [4,32/5]

NOTES:
-Rules: his knowledge of the rules was perfect.
-Driving part was fine he kept good distance and didn't make much damage to his car only had to wait for him once for a bit.
-Flying: Dodo part was nearly perfect, he was right behind me all the time and didn't make any damage to his aircraft. Maverick part wasn't good as dodo part but overall wasn't that bad (a bit damage taken and a bit slower).
-Shooting was very good, popped 3 tires, and in duel i won with 66% of my hp.

My vote is POSITIVE, his attitude is fine and he is skilled.
