FPS drops..........................

If the weapon has no spread it's evidently easier to aim, it is not allowed if it removes spread.

Well.. To be honest, that mod hasn't helped me at all.. because my aiming is still TERRIBLE...

However, if so, I'm gonna remove that mod to prevent any problems here.. If you, admins, consider this one as a "cheat", then it's gonna be removed immediately.
Because it doesn't help me anyways.. Because, as I said, my aiming with mouse is still so bad and it won't help me anyways...

I'll be honest with you, san andreas is so prone to frame drops as it is, I usually am on 100 or so and then may randomly drop down to like 70-80fps.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say it's a bunch of mods you're using, if you can list the mods you're using maybe I can help you figure out which one(s) are causing the fps drops - Don't forget to mention CLEO mods!

gta sa is so bad programized and optimized + too old, that this shit can't deal with this newer software and hardware.

That's a cheat, it prevents any kind of spread when aiming making weapons like the M4 or MP5 way more accurate when not crouching.
