Some vehicle suggestions/improvements

Suggestion 1: Positive with this suggestion, it will come helpful.

Suggestion 2: There are police cars in PD and towing are own cars would be great, but a bit messy and unfair to criminals. Negative with this one.

Suggestion 3: About swat/army cars, they shouldn't be saved tuned. I am positive in this one, only if there is an option in /tune to reset the vehicle (remove all the things from it). Neutral with this one.

Suggestion 4: I don't see that blackmarket item so needed. It could help the criminals, but not a lot. Criminals have already enough items for the cops and i think it will unbalance things a bit. Negative with this one.

Suggestion 1: (this is mainly for new players)

Why should it be accepted: A lot of new players ask where to buy their own personal vehicle. I was thinking maybe they will type /vehinfo and includes something like;

"Grotti - Rodeo"
"Coutt & Schutz - Jefferson"
"Los Santos International for choppers and planes"
"Marina for boats"

When a player clicks or selects one of the respected choices a car icon / marker will appear on his minimap indicating where to buy a vehicle.

Very helpful for newbies who'd like to buy a vehicle. Positive.

Suggestion headline: Tow markers at Police Departments (impounds)
Importance of suggestion: 5
Why should it be accepted: GTA V has this feature. Instead of going to the car dealers,you can manage your vehicle from Police Departments. Would be sensible if the tow from PD costs a bit more though.

I'm neutral on this since it'll make a bit of Chaos.

Why should it be accepted: I'm pretty sure we had this in the past but i don't know what happened with it. It's really annoying when you don't have enough money to tune your vehicle. /plate saves,why not /tune amiright?

I believe this would be a cool addition, but there should be a command to disable the tunes. /tunereset would remove all the tunes you made for the car. Positive

Suggestion 4: (Blackmarket item)

Importance of suggestion: 7
Why should it be accepted: A bit of a boost to the criminals. Let's say you can buy the Police Radio off the blackmarket for $5000 and install it in your vehicle and when a law enforcement is approaching your location / coming nearby it will say something like:

Officer [Lsrcr]Shaco is responding to the area of Idlewood. Current location: Willowfield

It should only be used when you're in an owned vehicle or in the blackmarket VIP vehicles

I agree with all suggestions and suggestion #4 must be added as it would be a great addition in blackmarket and would be helpful for criminals.

The vehicle tuning saving should be for cars like the Bullet only, not Sultan.
The Bullet can have 3 tunings (wheels, hydraulics and nitro), Sultan etc can have like 7, this will make the database too large.
