So, you're saying that you vote negative for him, than positive? That's messed up, one player can give 1 vote only. You have to be sure before you case your vote.

Changing your vote shouldn't be allowed, not professional at all. Think twice before you vote. +1 for the main suggestion, replying should be allowed, but you can only vote once as main post in an application.
