Importance of suggestion: 4/10 (Would help players who are in need in a particular topic and is urgent.)
Why should it be accepted: Heyya.
So,the idea is like discord one.
If we tag someone,they get notified and they reply. It is needed when some player is in need of someone.I know PM exists but in some cases this can be useful.You may also check out the topic below.
It has already been accepted in 2014 yet,not implemented. Just take this as a remainder.

They can also disable it in user control panel if they think they don't need it.

Nah just quote them if you’re talking to them. -1 we really don’t need this at all. the notifications tab is usually bugged so most likely this will further bug it or you’ll get the notification late anyways.

Basically you just quote them even if they didn't post, but imo, that would be a somehow spam if for a huge amount of people, even though we could put it in a spoiler
