Actually these days noobs are getting accepted in factions which is making the level of faction to be low. This happens because of the leaders. When leaders get to the top through asslicking so automatically they will start accepting players who asslick them. Its easy logic. Look at the amount of players in army who are just shit in dueling but got accepted due to their asslicking skills and the leader of army (robin) himself got the position throuvh asslicking so no point of dueling players in faction or in leo skin. Both are same.
