also depends on where you live and what the prices are in your region.
for 500€ you could build yourself one in germany on mindfactory.de with ryzen 5 2600x, rx 580 8gb, 8gb ram, hdd, case, mainboard.
maybe u'd need to downgrade the cpu to a ryzen 3 1300x, still performs fcking good for 60€ (2600x is 150€), then you could get 16gb ram instead of 8 in combo with rx 580, etc etc.
if you turn down anti aliasing and put some settings lower than on max, you can get veeery good fps in pretty much any game.
