It's balanced enough nowadays. We only made changes regarding cops, SWAT/Army were not touched at all, and that's what most voted for. There are people who have different opinion than you, that criminals are overpowered but cops are not. We can't please everyone and some of you need to start adjusting to the new minor changes since I personally believe we were all too used to killing cops with minimum effort.

This will be locked since there are not going to be any changes anytime soon when it comes to 'balancing' LEOs and criminals.
