Your suggestion: Disabling cooldown to /parole cmd for swat officers.
Reason: There are some specific cases that we use /parole cmd, and it happen mostly when there are no crimes, or someone who got wanted by a mistake, and doesn't deserve jail.
Or atleast make it lower for 2-3 minutes, but I dont think that swat members will abuse it because they'll be punished hardly.
In real life, swats can parole whoever they want and without any limits, since they are a special government team, so it's also realistic.

Thanks in advance.
How can some one be jailed by mistake???
Imagine you're getting timeouted while trying to avoid the cops and someone just went to you and /cuff /ar you.
How can you parole a jail evader??

Which will get you into admin jail, so your suggestion won't help them at all.
Okay leave this situation aside, I still think that swats should be limitless when it comes to /parole, that's my opinion, I would like to hear some swat members about this.
You dont even know why would you be needing it and yet suggesting alright man alright

I get what Sheep is trying to deliver; he's basically saying that we should get a lower cooldown between each parole. Why? After arresting all the criminals, there aren't any crimes in the server, so he would like to parole the people so they commit more crimes.

A possible solution to avoid scoreboosting:
- Ability to parole the criminals but not gain any score (after the first parole)

To further elaborate: Let's say the current cooldown between paroles is 15 minutes. SWAT's can be set to 5 minutes. We can parole 3 suspects but would only gain score for 1. However, after the 3rd suspect (15 minutes have passed) we can parole 3 more suspects but gain score for only 1.

Hope that made sense ^

Yeah you just explained it in a better way lol, I dont really play for score or something but since the christmas update I realized that the criminal rate became lower and lower, that's why I was using the command to make more people commiting crimes, If you guys afraid of scoreboosting, we can write a code that will disallow us from getting score from drags. so swats will get nothing from it when they use the /parole cmd.
I hope you guys will understand my suggestion better now.

That’s still pointless: no criminal that you could parole would ever spend close to 5 minutes in jail. So even if there were a whole bunch of “potential criminals” in jail, they’d all be released from jail earlier. (Edit: earlier as in before you use your “second” parole)

Again, it all comes down to this: those criminals that can be paroled have a small enough sentence not to justify reducing the cooldown

Auto(admin)-Jail is way different than regular jail, we can't give S.W.A.T. or any faction members such access, hence why it's only restricted to admins.

Sometimes mistakes happen, but when a player timeouts you just can't know whether it was intentional or not.

Suggestion dismissed for now, I don't see a solid reason for now as to why this should be changed.
