With all due respect to applicant I am going to change vote in NEGATIVE.

These are the reasons:
1.Constantly evading kill/ar at Idlewood.I belive staff member spoke with you as I contaced him.
2.We meet that you are skilled but we all already told you to at least while your application is pending to be active as cop.I saw you playing in cop skin 5 minute since that.
3.Even worse just now you were criminal skin and when I killed you you hited me.Not telling it's not allowed but such disrespect for army member from applicant isn't place in Army faction and should not be tolerated.

Until you change your in-game playing behaviour as relationship between army members too I would stand my vote
