That's what I wanted to confirm as you state, in your complaint, quoted as "i wanted to arrest him that time but army doing /uncuff for killing him to take 1 score"
Anyway, no action will be taken as this report lacks evidence. The scenario cannot prove whose suspect it was and one steal cannot prove bitching or constant stealing. I only see arguments of constant stealing by both sides but no evidence to support such arguments hence they're unacceptable here. Next time if you decide to report anyone for constant arresting, make sure you have evidence for constant arrest/kill steals which also proves that the suspect was actually yours.
I'll be ending this with a side-advisory note to Apapaoemama that next time when defending yourself, be polite and professional (don't call the complainant a kid or whatever, just post your defense).
