If this is about being more free to buy c4, i don't think it's needed because first of all, that checkpoint can offer you only c4, therefore scripting a system like what you described doesn't seem worth to me since there's nothing else to buy except c4. and the checkpoint isn't really covering a big area so if you don't want to buy c4 by accident, you don't stand near the checkpoint, that's simple.
As for the being forced by leos part that some players referred to, i see that the given answers were fair and pretty much explained my thougts.
However,there's one scenario where i see that it may cause problems ,it's when you're close to the checkpoint and some guy keep ramming you until he get you inside it. so yeah,you standing near the checkpoint may have be partially helped in making this incident happend, but don't forget that the main reason is a rulebreak,so you can report the guy.anyway this doesn't happend often and i don't see it worth to make any changes regarding the bomb shop.
