As much as I’d prefer an English test, it’s far too late to take measures like these.
The playerbase will die out completely if this is implemented.

This will have a negative impact on our playerbase and may cause certain players to become impatient and leave the server, which would mean losing players. We also have the rules in two other frequently spoken languages around the community, players who speak those languages can easily understand them.
