Replace the gta_sa.exe in your game directory with this one

Did you try deleting the gta_sa.set file?
I think it's in your document folder/GTA San Andreas User Files/gta_sa.set. You can safely delete this.

I already delete the document but still not working the main problem of the window more offline games the gta replace there some file that unknown i mean i can you maybe you give me some opinion that file was not require in gta ?
