I did my investigation with the help of one of the Assistant Seniors and it appears that you were locating (/loc) her in both ocassions (the LSA case, 2 and a half mins of locating) which can clearly tell me that your intention was to target her. But you claim something else. Why are you lying?

Because I know I am not the only one you hurt. I know there are other users whom you've harmed, but they are too scared to come forward. Ls-rcr has several LGBTQ users, but I'm the only one who is OPEN about it. Now, I've spoken to these users. They despise you. They cannot, for fear of their fellow cafe mates seeing it, come forward as it would expose them to real harm in real life. So, on that front, as a supporter and member of the LGBTQ, I have to be the one to stand up for those who cannot.

I let so much go. SO MUCH. Deathmatching, hit abuse, /rp abuse, and so on. As head admin on that other server, I was known as "The strict destroyer". Strict, because I did not let anyone get away with anything. You got a single warning, then punished. Trust me I did not play favorites and even issued a 90 day ban on a donor for using an ITPM. His 600 dollars meant jack shit to me, his punishment for cheating did. As for destroyer, out of 248 bans over a one year career, only a single ban was ever successfully appealed due to error on my side. And it was because I accidentally recorded a lovely video of my second screen just after I got it instead of him hacking. In the end, he got banned the same day he was unbanned... for the same thing. Big brain shit there.

If I reported every single rule break, the staff here would fucking explode. The forum too most likely. And I could prove it all too. I do not make many reports compared to the rule breaks I see (on average, it's 1 report for every 30 rule breaks). And even then, 90% of those reports are simple "post screens, hope for the best" reports. It's pretty rare I actually dig my heels in and stand firm. In your case, you've forced my hand.
My first report on you was a simple screenshot report. Your comments were so vile I felt it best for community at large to alert staff to your behavior. Report also succeeded, as you were warned. But you haven't stopped. If anything, you've gotten far more aggressive in your attacks on me. This has lead to a multiple video total coverage report in which I have gone over every detail with a fine tooth comb. It's been MONTHS since I cared enough to upload fucking video to youtube for a report. But you made me do it.
I don't fucking like doing it. I'd much rather you just be nice and follow the god damn rules, make everyone's lives a whole helluva lot easier. But because you can't do that, and can't be nice, and can't follow some of the most basic rules I've ever seen, I have no choice BUT to make staff aware of the situation. You are one of my men in TGOLS. You think I'm being unfair and such, you still have rank when I could pull it very easily and not a single person would question it! Notice I'm not placing hits on you, shooting, or anything else when you attack? I simply want to be left the hell alone. Do you even understand or care? Like truly? Do you realize that if you just did as you were asked to and left me alone, you wouldn't be reported? Not saying don't rape me, I literally don't give a shit. But do NOT spend your entire fucking play session (and mine) hunting me down just to fucking bug the shit out of me. Doesn't benefit you or me in the long run. I just want to enjoy my game. But when you constantly come at me, insult me, stalk me, harass me, it ruins not only my gameplay, but yours, and anyone around us. And because of that, I have to waste my time making fucking HUGE reports while you risk some pretty severe damn punishments. Leaving Blackout's skin to come chase me for several minutes just to rape me, then when reported lie and claim you 'wanted to g' did not benefit anyone. Not a single person is walking away from this fucking shitstorm happy. You're unhappy, I'm unhappy, Immortal is unhappy! And after how long you've forced this son of a bitch to be, and how much I've had to put into it, and how much poor Immortal has to fucking read (I'm truly sorry, I'll make it up to you) a simple fake apology just doesn't cover it. You are not an 8 year old being told my your mother to fake an apology because it's polite, and it simply will not work here. You've simply caused too much shit. I don't like wasting my time, Immortal doesn't like having his time wasted. All you had to do was follow the damn rules Scrim.

Wow, didn't see this before I posted my rant. I'm even more disappointed now. But now it's clear as day that I'm not some over reactive little girl, and that you clearly are coming at me intentionally. Now everyone you've been going to, saying your shit, telling them how I'm a report hunter and such, can see that my report is because of you intentionally violating rules and lying about it... Immortal I was targeting karu by using /loc. Truth is I actually thought it was allowed just not within 10 mins. I was wrong and once again I apologize. If your decision is to warn me then I actually won't have anything to do with this parasite seeing as it always ends up making me the bad one. I am sorry for lying to you but I'll accept whatever punishment you give to me. Almost everyone on the server is cool with me except this roach that claims to be a girl and I'm not a disrespectful person you know this. But as I said I was wrong and I will accept my punishment. Just a clarification on the hostile action rule:

It was not my intent to include the "cork, cork, cork, rape" as a part of the banned actions (this should be listed as an exception, and it slipped my mind originally).

I will leave the rest of the report to the administrators, but just wanted to make that clear.

I'll make changes to the rule to make it more clear.

After reviewing the report we have decided to issue a 5 day ban on sa_scrim. I will elaborate below.

1. sa_scrim has two official warnings issued in October and November 2020, both for provoking;
2. Was told to refrain from provoking Karu_Tepes less than a week ago;
3. Followed and targeted her on several occasions with the intent to harass, provoke and annoy her;
4. More importantly, lied to the Staff about it.

The hostile action rule has also been clarified by Andrew therefore I don't think there's anything else to say. In case someone has any questions regarding this, please PM me.
