The auto quiz is not for the regular players who know the rules, its for the newbies. If the newbies memorize the questions, then they know the rules. The auto quiz is to let newbies know that this is not a deathmatch server, not a punishment towards people who deathmatch (if they know the rules).

If they know the rules, then I don't think that adding a couple of new sets of rules to the auto-quiz would be an issue.

Good Idea

I agree, but adds automatically Quiz for you and the current one that has occurred. not every ''Quiz'' will be same questions.
EXAMPLE
1) if Someone killed innocent player(s) without reason when that guy using helicopter '' he will see Auto-Quiz about ''Ramming''/Heli-blades
2) other player killed innocent player(s) without reason ''deathmatching'' he will see auto-Quiz about ''Deathmatching''
etc...
and keep automatically quiz updating always. ''don't hesitate''
