Hello , its still happening but this time it doesnt happen very often but it happens , i only pressed F4 once and did /kill , the my screen freezes and it redirects me to the chose spawn tab los santos lv or sf , and ofc it wont let me spawn

I've pushed a fix to main (which is now live along with V9.0.13 updates) which I hope would take out more of these problems. Don't forget to post here if it happens again.
