Can we please not make every suggestion a war? It's starting to get very frustrating. No need to resort to insulting and belittling, this is a topic on why you do or do not agree with a given suggestion.

Back on topic: The idea of adding a cooldown is great. While I don't agree with making /news against the rules, I think reporting it for spam should be a thing even if it costs the user money, and making a cooldown is absolutely a great thing to do.

Well... i did not start anywar go check all my suggestions u will see that he allways chasing me and give me negative in my suggestions but this not my problem.

Yh adding a cooldown will be good idea to stop spammers

And i had enough i am not going to waste my free time arguing with brainless kid...
Trying to use 'Constantly' allways in his reports to show us howbad is his english without even understand when to use it or even how!

He dont understand what 'suggestion' mean, he think it a topic where u can give negative to who u hate, and asslick to players who u love or smh.
