There was an auto mute system years ago, whatever happened to that?

I think the rule is already well enforced by staff. Those who violate chat guidelines are often reminded of the rules and abide by the guidelines straight after. In the case of repeat offenders, we frequently issue extended mutes. Is it worth implementing an auto-mute? Not sure.
