Pointless. Who would use this? 2-3 players? 5 max? Is it worth mapping a base just for 5 players? I'm pretty sure base would be used for 2 weeks and then forgotten and just take space. Almost all bases were reworked 2 years ago and made so they don't block any roads or cause lag. Mapping base like shown in video would block the shortcut we all use and is used in lots driving tests. And let's not forget asking for rights problem.

This is absolutely not needed and would not improve gameplay anyhow. For all of those who just replied 'I agree +1' and such, read and think about cons as well white replying.

I do believe that a base that big with cars and stuff would be too much as this is not a gang but what would be better is having an office somewhere nice that you can go to and sit down there and do meetings and interviews there instead of having a full base with some other features that will not be needed.

Plus, Just a house with a good interior in it. Those features such as cars, news maverick are just useless and What do you use it for in the game? A base also useless even you say it is roleplaying.

Basically this. Also, the server is based on very light roleplay hence a base for newspaper stuff isn't needed.

base as example, I meant only interior HQ with car max and not in LSA..

You're just wasting money.

I mean, what's the use of the base of newspaper? If you want a good interior, there's a lot of interior that you can enter tho. No need to pay, free entrance. You can enter any luxury houses since it has a lot of good interiors, I see some good interiors to other houses as well that you can use for the interview.

The newspaper job is one that is primarily carried out on the forums. Not sure what purpose an in-game base as such would fulfill. As for hosting interviews, there are a multitude of properties in-game that can already be used.
