Would make things very easy. The ATM is very near already, and if they add ATM inside BM then BM VIP will be worthless. Either buy bm VIP or just withdraw money from the nearest atm. Incase the cops are chasing you, just evade them and then get your money withdrawn.

+1 , This is very helpful indeed i have seen members asking to /gc several times . When there will be an atm it will be easy for the visitors to just visit and withdraw the cash . Having an atm nearby is useless as if you are wanted you can get killed or arrested easily and same goes for if you have a hit on you .

I think this will be a good idea because when we are being chased by Leo's we cant go to jefferson to withdraw . We dont have to lost time because we can't enter The black market when there is a cop nearby .
