I've literally just said I and some other users who use laptop touchpad/no mouse find it hard to aim and shoot properly.

What about other new users who don't know you have to get a mouse to shoot effectively? I'm not looking out just for myself this a suggestion to improve the game not a personal solution for myself i'm giving a solution to make the game more fair for all users.

The same way your score and money suffers is the same way my money and scores suffers when I happen to rob a bunch of stores, happen to rob a mafia owned shop get 'hit contracted' the next day as soon as I've come onto the game and spawned i'm killed and robbed on the spot. Once again, I said make hit contracts expirable for hit's that have been placed on people who rob mafia owned stores NOT people who have had 'hits' put on them. Is it really realistic everytime I'm about to leave the server to surrender to a hitman? What if there are no hitmen at the time i'm about to leave? I don't believe hitmen should be able to kill and rob people who have just spawned it's not fair.

You have plenty of options. One, put your money in the bank before you log out. Then if you get claimed, they have nothing to rob.

Two, join pagati discord, and ask someone to log in and claim it. We'll gladly do so.

Three: Find a safe place to hide and let the hit expire.

having said that... I'm wondering... do you realize this exists already? Hit's have a set time limit. They already expire, even the ones placed by the stores. However, if you leave and log back in, the time you had left DOUBLES (this is because of /q abusers). So really, I'm wondering if maybe you just didn't know that.

Bank isn't open 24/7 and secondly does it sound sensible everyday to have to go onto discords and tell people to claim hits. just to not get killed on spawn, thirdly why do I have to do all of this just to avoid being killed on the spot just after spawning? Why can't there be a rule where you either can't kill people as soon as they spawn or the suggestion I made of making hits expire whilst on server and removing the 'You left so you still have a hit in place'.

Please don't selectively choose what to reply to I've clearly said the reason for my suggestion is to remove the element of being killed/robbed as soon as you spawn. My suggestion was when a player leaves the server the hit should be cleared to prevent killing on spawn yet everyone's chosen to reply to the bit where I said the hit should have a time limit. I haven't seen a single logical reason against this suggestion except "hit evade" well cops, swats and army deal with that all the time and there's forums to report that.

Fine, if you really need it... I shall rip your argument apart.

suggestion is to remove the element of being killed/robbed as soon as you spawn. You have a short window of spawn protection. Long enough to find a car or something. It's about 15 seconds if I remember right. No one is literally watching your spawn point waiting for you. On top of that, it's IMPOSSIBLE to do so! There are about 8-12 spawn points per city, and three cities to choose from. No one is spawn killing you unless you are spawning at a house or something, and if so, that's on you.

You've never claimed hits before, so you have no idea how exhausting it can be. You have no idea how scummy the players with hits are. You've no idea the kind of absurd bullshit they pull just to not die, even when they know I won't rob them. Oh but believe me they WILL rob me if they kill me. Hell these little punks will hunt me down while I'm delivering airdrops and kill me (which isn't allowed) because "i has hit". They will purposely arrest themselves in checkpoints to AFK in alcatraz to not be killed: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=117520 Until you actually spend time trying to claim hits, I don't want to hear you talking about it like it's easy. I do get what you mean, about spawn killing, but your suggestion doesn't fix anything, but will greatly harm those of use who claim hits.

cops, swats and army deal with that all the time Cops have tazers. SWAT has the swatbomb and special commands. Army has fuck TANKS. You know what Pagati has? What special uber vehicle, fancy object placement, helpful command we get to help us claim hits by giving us an advantage over others like how the cops do? NOTHING! When we go to claim a hit the only thing we have is our skill. That's it, nothing more. We don't get jack shit unlike the LEO factions to give us an advantage.

there's forums to report that. Is there? Your solution is make our already overworked staff team work more? Reports can take 6 hours, on a good day... or usually 24-72. Some have gone over a week. And do you have a camera running 24/7? Willing to wait hours for five minutes of video to upload to youtube? Then write the damn report? Wait 1-4 days for someone to claim it... and it'll be "I'll talk to them" and I guaran-fucking-tee you the user will not care and will do it again. Like it won't matter how often staff say something, they will repeat it. And if you file legimate reports, with proof, and get them talked to, you're also guaranteed to spend your playtime being insulted, having alts made to ruin your gameplay, and everyone calls you report hunter. And staff really can't prevent it.

Now, back to your 'suggestion', it was this:

That's why everyone focuses on that, because it's literally what you suggested. Those are your own words right there. I've read your entire suggestion, and honestly... I've come to three finalizations. A) You are wrong/lying about the spawn killing. I have never been able to tell where a player will spawn unless they were a cop/group member and cops can also change their spawn. Maybe you got unlucky once and spawned right by a hitman, which is shit luck, but I cannot believe this is a daily occurrence with such outcomes being common. I need to see PROOF that you are dying within 10 seconds of spawn multiple times a day. B) It happened once, and you decided to whine about it without actually taking any other part of a rather complex system into account before posting, and only posted because you were upset. C) Someone is teleport hacking to you on spawn and killing you, which is a reportable offense and please get proof for staff if that's the case.

Please take screenshots (F8 key) of the moment you spawn, and the moment a hitman kills you and show us every time you get your hit claimed. Because I assure you no one is spawn killing you multiple times unless you're using a set spawn.

There are plenty of solutions to your 'issue' which have already been listed in this topic. I won't list them all again but have a good read of previous responses by Karu_Tepes and others. This is not an issue which warrants changes to our hit contract system.
